As appreciation for Chinese culture and baijiu grows in Canada, we saw an opportunity to serve this community with the respect it deserves: no grey market, no counterfeits, and no compromise on quality.
About Kweichow Moutai
Kweichow Moutai (贵州茅台) is produced in Maotai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, China. It is a sauce-aroma (酱香型) baijiu — a style defined by its complex, layered fermentation and multi-year aging process.
First produced over 2,000 years ago, Moutai has been served at Chinese state banquets since the founding of the People's Republic. It is recognized internationally as a cultural and diplomatic symbol, and is among the most collected spirits in the world.
